Returns

GoodSense have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your garments from GoodSense webstore to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your garments must meet the following conditions:

- be unused, be unworn, unwashed, be in as-new condition, with tags attached to the garment, and in its original packaging. You will also need to tell us your order number.

To initiate a return, your must contact us and let us know which items you wish to return and the reason. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the returned Goods has been received & inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be offered for sale and discounted items.
If you haven’t worn GoodSense gear before, we suggest trying out the garments before placing a custom order, as returns of custom items are not accepted due to sizing preference and/or issues.

Product faults

GoodSense proudly develops and delivers high quality garments to many customers. In the rare case you received a faulty product, please contact us. To make it easier, please send us some photographs & information, and we will make it right. 

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for posting & paying for the shipping cost to return the items to us. We do suggest using a tracked method with insurance, and GoodSense has no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.

 

Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects that prevent wearing or using the product.

 

Warranty does not cover

- normal wear and tear;

- damages sustained in a crash;

- loose threads;

- damages from contacts with inks, grease and sunscreen;

- damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing;
